Determining treatment duration
Treatment length is dependent on your skin type and most treatments only last a couple minutes. To determine the length of your SOLIUS treatment you will be asked questions about your skin tone and sensitivity to sun exposure. Your answers to these questions, as well as your answers to your response to treatment, will determine the length of treatment necessary to deliver an effective amount of light to your skin.

Why your treatment length isn't always the same
Over the course of your first several treatments, SOLIUS will work to establish your personal dose. During this time your treatment length will be adjusted to make sure you are receiving the dose that is right for you.
Once you personal dose is established, you may still notice that there are small variations in the length of your treatments. There are a variety of factors that impact treatment length. SOLIUS is equipped with advanced software designed to take all of these factors into consideration to ensure that you are receiving the proper amount of exposure, as defined by your personal dose.
For this same reason, you will notice that your treatment time changes if you go between different SOLIUS locations.
These changes in your exposure time are normal and do not impact your overall dose.
