To reset your password on the mobile app:
- Open the mobile app and click on the questions mark in the yellow circle on the far right side of the password field
- Enter the email associated with your SOLIUS account and hit "Continue"
- Check your email inbox for a an email from SOLIUS. If you do not receive an email within a couple minutes, check your email's junk folder
- Click on the yellow "Reset Password" button in the email
- Create and confirm your new password, making sure your password meets all of the listed requirements
- Hit the "Submit" button and your password will officially be changed
To reset your password in the kiosk:
- Walk into any SOLIUS kiosk and tap the touchscreen to get started
- On the Login page click "Login"
- Click the yellow question mark circle next to the password field
- Enter the email associated with your SOLIUS account and click the "Submit" button
- Check your email inbox for a an email from SOLIUS. If you do not receive an email within a couple minutes, check your email's junk folder
- Click on the yellow "Reset Password" button in the email
- Create and confirm your new password, making sure your password meets all of the listed requirements
- Hit the "Submit" button and your password will officially be changed
