We're sorry you're having difficulties logging into SOLIUS! Please try the following steps to fix the problem:
- Make sure you are entering the correct password. If you think you may have forgotten your password, try resetting it. To do this click the questions mark on the right side of the password box on the mobile app. For more detailed instructions on resetting your password read our article entitled "Resetting your password"
- If you know that your password is correct, verify that you are entering the correct email. To verify your email is correct click on the password reset button, enter the email address you believe is associated with your SOLIUS account, and hit continue. Open your email inbox and see if you received the password reset email. If you do not see the email after a couple minutes check your junk mail folder. If you can still not find the password reset email it is likely because you are using a different email for your SOLIUS account. Please go back to the SOLIUS login and try logging in with a different email
- If you complete these steps and still cannot log in please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will do everything we can to help solve the problem!
*Note: Once you log into your SOLIUS mobile application you won't be logged out, and you can add yourself to the waitlist directly without having to sign into the device with your password.
