Benefits of using the mobile app
The mobile application “SOLIUS” is a free optional feature available for iOS and Android hand-held devices in the App Store and Google Play.
One of the main benefits to the SOLIUS mobile application is that it offers you an easier, faster way to log in that doesn't require you to remember your password. Once you set up your account, you will remain signed in on the app and can add yourself to the waitlist of your local SOLIUS and start treatments without entering your password again. For those of you who have a hard time remembering passwords (let's be honest, this is probably most of us) this is a great option for you!
In addition, use of the SOLIUS mobile application allows users to:
Register as a new user
View available SOLIUS locations and get directions
Add to waitlist
Receive treatment reminders
View usage and purchase history
Preview and select entertainment programing played during the session
Customize SOLIUS LED ambient lighting used before the session
Receive SOLIUS company related information
Account personalization with the mobile app
Using the SOLIUS mobile app allows you to personalize your SOLIUS treatment experience. To access the personalization features:
- Open your SOLIUS app
- From the app home page click on the menu button in the upper left hand corner of the screen
- From the slide out menu click on the "Profile" button
- From the profile page click on "Personalize Experience" at the bottom of the page
- On this page you can pre-select your lighting, volume, and entertainment preferences. Entertainment options include videos of beautiful scenery such as: Beach in Fiji, Dawn in Montana, Desert in Argentina, and many others. You can also choose to watch informational videos.
Using SOLIUS without the mobile app
You do not need to use the SOLIUS mobile app in order to use the device. Creating a SOLIUS account and starting all treatments can be done inside the booth. We do recommend using the mobile app if possible though to get helpful reminders when it's time for your next treatment, to answer feedback questions ahead of your next treatment, and to be be able to add yourself to the waitlist.
What to do if your mobile app isn't working
If your mobile app isn't working, please try uninstalling and then reinstalling the mobile app.

In your email please mention that you have tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app, and include screenshots of any error messages you are getting along with the model and manufacturer of your phone so we are best able to address the problem quickly.
