Guide for starting your first SOLIUS treatment

Mobile App — Logging in 

1. Start by creating an account if you have not already done so. For detailed instructions on doing this read our article "Creating a SOLIUS account"
2. Open your SOLIUS app
3. Add yourself to the waitlist. For detailed instructions on how to do this read our article "Adding yourself to the waitlist"
4. Walk into the SOLIUS kiosk and enter the code displayed in the app to start treatment 
5. Skip to "General" steps below for further instruction 

Device — Logging in  

1. Walk into the SOLIUS device and click "Login" on the welcome screen 
2. Enter your email address and password and then click "Log In"
3. Skip to "General" steps below for further instruction 

General Steps — From here on all steps take place in kiosk and are the same for both approaches 

1. On the welcome screen click "Treatment" in the lower right corner
2. Answer the questions about your skin tone and sensitivity to sun exposure (or confirm your answers from the mobile application)
3. When prompted with the below screen please remove your clothing, keeping socks and underwear on. Clothes can be placed on the hooks and bench inside the booth. Once complete, click "Next"                                                                                                                                                                                                                       
4. Tap "Dispense" in the lower right hand corner to receive protective eyewear                                
5. Apply eyewear as demonstrated on the screen and click "Y" when they are in position                        
6. Line your feet up with the guide on the floor and then click "Next"
7. Select your choice of entertainment and click "Next"
8. Confirm that you are ready by clicking "Start"                                                                                                                              
9. For your first treatment you will see an introduction video followed by your choice of entertainment. All subsequent treatments will show only your chosen entertainment
10. A countdown timer will show you how much time is left in your treatment. When this timer gets to zero the therapeutic lights will shut off. 
11. You can now get dressed again and remove your protective eyewear
12. A final screen will remind you that you should not sunbathe within 24 hours of using SOLIUS and when you can use the device again 
13. Please dispose of your protective eyewear in the eyewear receptacle outside of the device
