Location partner hours are also visible when you go to schedule a SOLIUS appointment on the mobile app.
Our customer support hours are Monday-Friday from 8am-5pm (PST). Contact our support team at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will response to you as soon as possible. If you email us outside of these hours, we will respond during normal business hours.
